Data File Templates

NOTE: All your data files must be a comma delimited text file (.txt), and must have certain headers (see below)

  • Does your data file(s) just need patterns?

    • Your Data File(s) must have the header "probe", "geneid", and "genesymbol".
    Download a Data file template.

  • Is your data split into three files (Annotation, Information and Data) and needs patterns?

    • Your Data File(s) must have the header "probe" as well as all the "sample" names as headers from your Information file.
    Download a Data file template.

    Your Information file must have the header "sample", "time", and "treatment". The "sample" names should match the headers of the data file(s).
    Download an Information file template.

    Your Annotation file must have the header "probe", "geneid", and "genesymbol".
