In this session, we will provide the overview of the Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) capabilities and applications. We will present the workflows and analyses for Illumina short-read, PacBio and Oxford Nanopore long-read sequencing on FRCE as user cases. The session is geared towards users new to NGS applications and/or those who are not familiar with FRCE computational environment for NGS analysis.
