CyPRUS Production - Custom PRotein visUalization Search tool

To use 'Customize Features' tab, enter a protein name, protein length and list of protein features. For human proteins, protein length will be retrieved from the database. For other species, protein length is needed for visualization. The format of the protein feature is in a format of [position]:feature_type.

For example:

Single base feature ([start]:feature_type): 9:sequence_variant
More than one base long feature ([start-end]:feature_type): 1-500:chain

The feature list can be a comma separated or multiple lines format.
